TOTALTEC Management has overall and final responsibility for Training and Development

All TOTALTEC management, including their Supervisors have day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is enforced and put into practice 

All Employees have responsibility to ensure, follow and maintain their development plans and required certifications up to date and current.
